If you're confused as to who Tammy and Hannah are, you're not alone, so let's take a moment to clarify! Tammy, who went through her first big ascension in 2012, been a Quantum Practitioner since 2014 and had her facebook account since 2014, had her account compromised and then shadow banned, so she had to make all new social media! At the time, she had started writing her book, The Transformation Key and decided to use a pen name, Hannah Carveth, to honour her ancestors who she has been channeling information from her entire life. So, when she made her new social media accounts, she decided to also make these new accounts in her pen name too! The new social media accounts may be new, and have a lot less followers so far than the former ones, but the level of experience and expertise is anything but new!

 

Tammy aka her pen name Hannah Carveth, is an intuitive Energy Practitioner, Psychic Medium and Crystal Expert. She is able to connect directly with a variety of spirits during her readings and sessions including: loved ones who have passed away, ancestors, spirit guides, angels, animal spirit guides and more.
